Welcome to No More Wrinkles Medical Spa. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (https://www.nomorewrinkles.ca/) and the purchase or receipt of any non-surgical cosmetic and aesthetic medical services provided by No More Wrinkles Corp. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or receiving our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Medical Disclaimer & Individual Results

  • No Medical Advice: The information provided on our website, including blog articles and promotional content, is for educational purposes only. It does not constitute formal medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan.
  • No Guaranteed Outcomes: Medical aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to Botox, Xeomin, Facial Fillers, HIFU Ultrasound, Thread Lifts, and Skin Boosters (Res Novae, NCTF 135HA), are subject to individual biological variables. Results vary from person to person. No More Wrinkles Medical Spa does not guarantee specific or permanent results.
  • Consultation Required: All new clients must undergo a complimentary, comprehensive consultation to determine treatment suitability and build a personalized plan prior to receiving medical-grade procedures.


2. Appointment Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • Scheduling Requests: Appointments can be requested via our website booking system, email (nomorewrinklesmedicalspa@gmail.com), or phone ((437) 890-0111).
  • Cancellation Window: We require a standard minimum notice of 24 to 48 hours for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.
  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Failure to provide sufficient notice or missing a scheduled appointment entirely ("no-show") may result in a standard administrative fee. Alternatively, it may require a non-refundable deposit to secure any future bookings.
  • Punctuality: Clients are advised to arrive on time for their scheduled treatments. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times out of courtesy to subsequent scheduled clients.


3. Payment, Pricing, & Refund Policy

  • Payment Terms: All fees for services, treatments, and retail products must be settled in full at the time the service is rendered or the product is purchased.
  • Currency and Taxes: All listed prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable provincial taxes (HST). Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Strict No-Refund Policy:
  1. All cosmetic injections, medical facials, body contouring, and advanced aesthetic treatments are non-refundable once the service has been performed.
  2. All sales of medical-grade skincare products and topical formulations are final once purchased or opened.
  3. Multi-session treatment packages or bundled service credits are non-refundable and non-transferable to other individuals.


4. Age Restrictions & Minor Policy

  • Adult Services: In accordance with our operational practices, our primary clinical treatments are designated for individuals 18 years of age and older.
  • Minor Consent: Individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited from booking or receiving advanced medical-grade aesthetic treatments. Verifiable, written parental or legal guardian consent—along with accompanied attendance at the initial consultation, is strictly required for any minor receiving standard salon-grade treatments (such as lash extensions).


5. Client Conduct & Right to Refuse Service

  • Accurate Health Disclosures: Clients must provide a comprehensive, completely accurate, and updated medical history, including any active allergies, skin conditions, medications, or pregnancies, on their patient intake forms. No More Wrinkles Medical Spa is not liable for adverse reactions stemming from undisclosed health details.
  • Refusal of Treatment: We reserve the absolute right to refuse service, cancel an appointment, or decline to perform a specific treatment if our certified medical professionals deem the procedure clinically unsafe or inappropriate for the client.
  • Zero Tolerance: We maintain a safe environment for our staff and clients. Any form of harassment, intimidation, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and a permanent ban from the clinic.


6. Website Use & Intellectual Property

  • Permitted Use: You may use our website solely for personal, non-commercial purposes to browse services, read educational content, and request appointments.
  • Copyright Notice: All original text, logos, custom images, graphics, blog publications, and website layout elements are the exclusive intellectual property of No More Wrinkles Corp. and are protected under Canadian copyright laws. Unauthorized duplication or distribution is prohibited.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws in the Province of Ontario, No More Wrinkles Corp., its founder Jill, and its practitioners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or from undergoing elective, non-surgical cosmetic treatments, provided such treatments were conducted in alignment with professional industry safety standards.


8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal disputes arising from these terms or clinic operations shall be handled exclusively within the court system of Ontario.


9. Updates to These Terms

No More Wrinkles Corp. reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modified terms will be published directly to this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our website or clinic services following changes signifies your acceptance of those updates.
