6 to 10 weeks after your first Microblading appointment you'll want to return for your Microblading follow up. The follow up is important because it's what gives you the longest-lasting results. It will also smooth out any imperfections that occurred during your Microblading healing. Microblading healing after a touch-up Generally, it's recommended to get a touch-up every 12 to 18 months. But the best frequency depends on your preferred look. It also depends on how your skin holds on to the pigment. For some people, the pigment may fade quickly, requiring more frequent touch-ups.
